From your photo to your doorstep
Every kit is made to order from the artwork you approved in the Atelier. Delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Order placed
Day 0
The artwork you approved in the Atelier goes to production with your order. You get an order confirmation by email straight away.

Production
2 to 3 working days
Your numbered canvas is printed and a paint set is prepared for your design.

Dispatch
1 to 2 working days
Canvas, paints and brushes are packed together. You get a tracking link by email when your kit ships.
04
On its way
Up to 14 days after dispatch
Transit time depends on your destination and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Good to know
Every kit is made to order. Production takes 2 to 3 working days, dispatch takes 1 to 2 working days, then delivery takes up to 14 days. Your tracking link is emailed to you when your kit ships.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. We can usually update it until your kit is dispatched.
